Dexter: Resurrection, the eagerly awaited sequel series, is now in its second month of production, with filming taking place in New York City.
What to Expect from Dexter: Resurrection?
The series picks up where Dexter: New Blood left off in early 2022 and is set in the present day. Over the past few weeks, several cast members have been spotted filming in both New York City and its outskirts.
Filming for this latest installment is expected to continue until June, with the series slated for a Paramount+ with Showtime premiere that same month.
Returning as showrunner is Clyde Phillips, while Marcos Siega and Monica Raymund are the two main directors for the first season.

Reprising his iconic role as Dexter Morgan.

Returning as Angel Batista.
3. James Remar
After his absence in Dexter: New Blood, Remar will return as Harry Morgan.
4. Jack Alcott
Once again playing Harrison Morgan.
5. Uma Thurman
Cast as Charley, the Head of Security for enigmatic billionaire Leon Prater. A former Special Ops officer, Charley has an impressive resume that includes high-profile private security positions.
6. Peter Dinklage
Playing Leon Prater, a billionaire venture capitalist. While he presents himself as a generous philanthropist, there's a much darker side lurking beneath his polished exterior.
7. Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine
Portraying Blessing Kamara, a rideshare driver with an unwaveringly optimistic outlook, deeply devoted to his family and community.
8. Kadia Saraf
Cast as Detective Claudette Wallace, a sharp and methodical NYPD investigator known for her laser-focused determination.
9. Dominic Fumusa
Playing Detective Melvin Oliva, Wallace’s partner and the only person who truly understands her unique approach to solving cases.
10. Emilia Suárez
Taking on the role of Elsa Rivera, a lively and driven young woman who is both a close friend and co-worker of Harrison Morgan at the Empire Hotel.
11. Marc Menchaca

14. Eric Stonestreet
Stonestreet will portray a character named Al, and he is believed to be a serial killer. He is set to appear in four episodes.
