Production for Dexter: Resurrection is in full swing as the cast and crew enter week seven of filming, moving to the outskirts of New York City—this time, in Yonkers.
This highly anticipated installment of the Dexter saga sees Michael C. Hall reprising his iconic role as Dexter Morgan. The new series picks up where Dexter: New Blood left off, continuing the story after its shocking conclusion. Fans recently got a glimpse into the aftermath of New Blood during the opening scene of Dexter: Original Sin, the prequel series that wrapped up its 10-episode first season just two weeks ago.
New and Returning Cast Members in Dexter: Resurrection
Over the past few weeks, several familiar faces and new cast members have been confirmed for Dexter: Resurrection. Returning actors include: David Zayas (Angel Batista), James Remar (Harry Morgan), Jack Alcott (Harrison Morgan), Uma Thurman (Charley), and Peter Dinklage (Leon Prater).
Additionally, a few lesser-known but talented actors have joined the project, including Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine, Kadia Saraf, Dominic Fumusa, and Emilia Suárez.
Filming Updates: Michael C. Hall Spotted on Set in Yonkers
With the series set to premiere in June, production is moving swiftly. This week, Michael C. Hall briefly left NYC to film scenes in Yonkers. The episode currently in production is Episode 3, directed by Monica Raymund.
