Dexter: Resurrection Plot - What’s It About?
While Dexter: Resurrection’s official synopsis hasn’t been revealed, the series picks up immediately after the Dexter: New Blood finale, where Harrison shot Dexter in the snowy woods of Iron Lake, New York.
The prequel’s opening scene in Dexter: Original Sin confirmed that Dexter survived thanks to the freezing temperatures slowing his blood loss, allowing doctors to revive him at Iron Lake Hospital. This sets the stage for Dexter: Resurrection Season 1, which takes place in 2022, just weeks after New Blood, as we recently confirmed by set photos showing a vehicle registration sticker.
