A new cast member has just been announced for the highly anticipated sequel!
Dexter: Resurrection is currently filming its sixth episode in New York City, and yet another actor has joined the already star-studded cast.
According to Variety, actor Bryan Lillis has landed a guest-starring role in the highly anticipated sequel series. Lillis will portray Ryan, a guest staying at NYC’s iconic Empire Hotel.
While further details about his character remain under wraps, longtime Dexter Daily readers may recall that a familiar Dexter character will also be working at this very hotel. Set photos from late January confirmed that Harrison Morgan (Jack Alcott), Dexter’s son, was spotted at the Empire Hotel, suggesting a significant storyline for his character.
Harrison, who fled Iron Lake after attempting to kill his father, has now found himself in New York City—where he apparently secured a job at the Empire Hotel. How this new setting will shape his journey remains to be seen.
Lillis, best known for his roles in Promising Young Woman, NCIS: Los Angeles, Shining Vale, and 9-1-1, is the latest confirmed addition to the Dexter: Resurrection cast. His role adds yet another layer of intrigue to the upcoming season, leaving fans eager to see how his character fits into the evolving narrative.
