A brand-new week of production kicks off for Dexter: Resurrection in New York City — the 16th week so far — and with it comes an exciting new casting opportunity! This latest casting call, covering both this week and next, stands out because it’s much more accessible than previous ones. Unlike earlier calls that required union affiliation, this time, non-union individuals are welcome to apply, dramatically increasing the chances for everyday fans and aspiring actors to step into the world of Dexter.
The production is seeking extras to portray college students and professors, indicating that an upcoming scene will take place at a college campus. Filming for these scenes is scheduled across two dates: Friday, May 2nd, and Thursday, May 8th, with both interior and exterior shots planned at a Manhattan location.
As is typical for Dexter: Resurrection and other productions, specific plot details and information about which main cast members will be involved in these scenes are being kept tightly under wraps.
