Dexter: Resurrection Season 1 – Full List of Episode Directors Unveiled

Here are the episodes each director is helming in the sequel series.

Michael C. Hall is returning once again as America’s favorite fictional serial killer, Dexter Morgan, in the highly anticipated continuation of the Dexter saga — Dexter: Resurrection. The new series is expected to premiere this summer, with June being the most likely launch month.

Joining Hall are several familiar faces from the original Dexter series and Dexter: New Blood, including David Zayas, James Remar, Jack Alcott, and David Magidoff. What makes this season particularly special is its impressive mix of returning cast and a star-studded lineup of newcomers — arguably the most high-profile cast in the franchise’s history.

Behind-the-Scenes Talent Also Returns

It's not just the cast making a comeback. Several key creatives from previous Dexter projects are back as well — including writers, executive producers, and directors. Among them is Dexter veteran Marcos Siega, who first joined the franchise in 2007 during Season 2 of the original series. After directing six episodes and serving as an executive producer on Dexter: New Blood, Siega returns to helm six out of ten episodes of Dexter: Resurrection.

Just like with Dexter: New Blood and the upcoming prequel Dexter: Original Sin, the new season will feature two alternating directors. Monica Raymund, who directed episodes of Dexter: Original Sin, is returning as well. She will direct four episodes of the sequel, continuing her work behind the camera in the Dexter universe.
