Dressed in character and handcuffed, she is seen exiting a building in Midtown Manhattan—likely a police station—before being escorted into a patrol car by NYPD officers.
While the specific context of her arrest remains tightly under wraps, it strongly hints that Mia’s dark activities are catching up with her—and possibly bringing her reign as "Lady Vengeance" to an end.
Executive producer and writer Scott Reynolds teased the scene on Thursday night by sharing a couple of cryptic behind-the-scenes photos of him, fueling even more speculation among fans.

One of the biggest questions now is how Dexter Morgan—and potentially his son Harrison—are connected to Mia’s storyline. About a month ago, a separate set of on-location photos showed Dexter and Mia having what looked like a casual, friendly conversation on a park bench in Central Park.
