Two more guest stars join the highly anticipated Dexter sequel series.
Production for Dexter: Resurrection continues in New York City for its 14th consecutive week, and two exciting new guest stars have just been announced—one a fresh name, and the other exclusively revealed by Dexter Daily two months ago.
Marc Menchaca and Reese Antoinette have officially joined the cast of the upcoming Dexter sequel series in guest-starring roles. Menchaca, a familiar face from hit series like Ozark, Manifest, Black Mirror, and Chicago P.D., will portray a character named Red. He’s been spotted on set multiple times during the filming of episodes 2 and 3, sparking speculation about his character’s involvement in the storyline.
Reese Antoinette, best known for her performance in Apple TV+’s Bad Monkey, is the newest addition to the cast. She will play Joy, described as the “headstrong” daughter of Blessing Kamara—a new character portrayed by Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine, whose casting was previously announced.
While specific plot details surrounding Red and Joy remain under wraps, their addition signals intriguing developments in the expanding Dexter: Resurrection universe.
Stay tuned to Dexter Daily for more updates as production progresses.
