The acclaimed actress appeared in high spirits during nighttime filming for the Dexter sequel.
Production for Dexter: Resurrection has now been underway for an impressive 14 weeks in New York City. While fans remain largely in the dark about the highly anticipated sequel's storyline—set just a few weeks after the explosive events of Dexter: New Blood—the steady stream of behind-the-scenes photos continues to build excitement.
This past week was no exception. Hot on the heels of the release of 12 official promotional images from the first five episodes, even more photos have surfaced—this time featuring Hollywood icon Uma Thurman on set.
On April 17, Thurman was photographed filming what appears to be a scene for Episode 6 of Dexter: Resurrection. Donning a striking blonde wig for her role as Charley—Leon Prater’s fixer and trusted right hand—the actress was spotted in a dramatic sequence assisting an elderly woman in a wheelchair across a street. Shortly after, she was seen getting into a sleek black Mercedes, hinting at her character’s poised yet mysterious persona.
Thurman wasn’t alone on set. She was seen sharing lighthearted moments with key members of the production team between takes, including director Marcos Siega, writer and executive producer Scott Reynolds, and assistant director Peter Soldo.
